The soft strip scope included:
- Soft strip of the data room and plant room.
- Removal of partition walls and suspended ceilings.
- Stripping of all fixtures, fittings, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Removal of all floor finishes using specialized machines for efficient and thorough clearing.
Throughout the process, all materials were carefully segregated and recycled, adhering to environmental best practices and sustainability goals. This comprehensive approach ensured the site was prepared for the next phase while minimizing waste.
