Blocked Paved Driveways

There is a wide range of styles, solid rich and mixed together colours and sizes of block pavers which is why there are also many design possibilities.
Block paving is considered to be more attractive than basic, plain tarmac or basic grey slab surfaces for driveways.
Block paving can be relatively inexpensive if you choose rectangular blocks. However, complex patterns and additional items such as edgings, steps and drainage can be added to these figures. Individual blocks can be lifted and replaced if they are accidentally damaged or stained with oil diesel or petrol spillages.
Because paving blocks are manufactured rather than cut from natural stone, block sizes tend to be very accurate and uniform.

Resin Bound Drives

It is created by mixing aggregates together with high quality UV stable polyurethane resin. The resin and the aggregates thoroughly combine in a resin forced action mixer. This allows the aggregates to fully coat in resin. The aggregates are then laid on to a suitable base. This leaves you with a durable yet flexible surface. It will have a seamless finish and no loose gravel. Scattering a coating of Anti-slip Pro on top of the resin will leave an anti-skid surface that will be permeable and look fantastic.
Tarmac Drives
Tarmac is a great long term durable option for your driveway. It is vital that an experienced and quality Tarmac driveway company is used. We will assess your base and levels, install a new base if and where required. Importantly we will make sure there is enough adequate drainage available especially with UK weather as it is. We always ensure a solid finish with a minimum of a 90 mm compressed tarmac finish. This makes it very hard wearing and suitable for long term usage.
