- Roof Structure: The project featured a combination of trussed roofs and traditional cut rafters in the bedrooms, allowing for vaulted ceilings enhanced with modern LED strip lighting along the purlins.
- Fascias and Soffits: The exterior was completed with sleek aluminium powder-coated fascias and soffits, offering both durability and a contemporary aesthetic.
- Roof Lantern: A roof lantern was installed in the garden room, adding natural light and architectural appeal. This was fitted to an insulated warm roof with a rubber finish and lead gulleys for effective water drainage.
- Summer House: The property also included a charming summer house with an overhanging veranda, finished with cream cladding, creating an inviting and stylish outdoor space.
This combination of modern and traditional construction techniques resulted in a stunning, functional, and visually appealing build.
