This stunning new build dormer bungalow was finished with beautiful brickwork and accented with stone corner details, adding both elegance and character. The roof was constructed using a combination of trussed and traditional cut rafters, insulated with 100mm Kingspan, and an additional 50mm layer overlapped to maximize space and provide excellent thermal efficiency for the first floor.
Throughout the property, insulated stud work was installed to ensure maximum U-value and effective sound insulation, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency. Fire-lined steel beams were incorporated for enhanced safety and structural integrity. The interior was completed with a kite winder staircase, adding a stylish and space-saving element to the home’s layout.
