Whiting Construction Ltd completed a full demolition and internal strip-out of a commercial unit in Basildon using a 13-ton excavator with selector grab. The scope included a complete soft strip back to the bare unit, removing all fixtures, fittings, internal walls, redundant services, and non-structural elements.
Our team carried out the controlled partial removal of the existing mezzanine floor, carefully retaining the sections required for the client’s new office layout. All materials were fully segregated on site and recycled wherever possible, ensuring responsible waste management and compliance with environmental standards.
